Masayuki Abe,Yoshiaki Sugimoto,Seizo Morita MD approach, thereby allowing the characterization of folding for such an intrinsically disordered peptide at 293 K. Emphasis is placed on the analysis of the simulation trajectories to establish correlations with NMR data (i.e., chemical shifts and NOEs). Finally, in-depth discussions are provided for commonly encountered problems.

The Atomic Structure of Two-Dimensional Silica,phous material has been obtained which allowed for the derivation of atomic sites and a detailed analysis from real space coordinates. The text book example of the vitreous silica structure proposed by William Zachariasen in 1932 has thereby finally been verified.

Recent Progress in Frequency Modulation Atomic Force Microscopy in Liquids,ectric double layer forces. Finally high-resolution FM-AFM images of biological molecules such as double-helix structure of DNA and immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody molecules obtained in quasi-physiological environments are presented.
