Fundamental Analysis of a Digital Spiking Neuron for Its Spike-Based Coding-trains having various inter-spike-intervals. In this paper we present some basic relations between parameters of the DSN and characteristics of the spike-train. We also discuss that the presented results will be fundamental to consider ISI-based coding abilities of the DSN.
