Types of Nanomaterials and Their Properties,s to believe that the small clusters or nanoparticles are not just the fragments of bulk materials. There can be entirely different structures as well as bonds and bond strengths in clusters which can even differ from nanomaterials.

Nanolithography,red size and shape by controlled deposition or reaction parameters. In the . approach reverse is the case. Atoms and molecules are removed from a bulk material or sometimes thin films so as to obtain desired nanostructure.
