Medical Provision in the Initial Phase of a Natural Disaster,. Their combinded effect differs with different microregions. For many people, the burden becomes unbearable, and they become depressed over the loss of everything. It is at this stage that the largest proportion of the population in a stricken area needs medical attention within the shortest possible period of time.
