The rationale for our approach is very much in the spirit of various integrated macroeconomic/industry models constructed by Dale Jorgenson, working with various collaborators. Our approach is also consistent with, and motivated by, Lawrence Klein‘s agenda of modeling explicitly and structurally the macro and sector | 出版日期 | Book 1998 | 关键词 | Change; business; competitiveness; economic growth; performance; production | 版次 | 1 | doi | https://doi.org/10.1007/978-1-4615-5443-1 | isbn_softcover | 978-1-4613-7485-5 | isbn_ebook | 978-1-4615-5443-1 | copyright | Springer Science+Business Media New York 1998 |
