A dynamical model leading to the breakdown of the Green-Kubo predictions,rge if this regime were unlimited, and a later regime, characterized by a constant conductivity but departing from the Green-Kubo prediction. We focus on the shape of the resulting distribution of particles, and we show that the anomalous properties of the response depend on one distribution tail growing much faster than the other.
