Isolation and Characterization of Human Lung Myeloid Cellstype, and function. Here we describe an approach to process lung tissues and then utilize a base antibody panel to define all of the major immune cell types in a single staining condition. This base antibody panel can also be used to identify major immune cell types in human blood and bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid.
