What good listening specifically means,y means. We focus particularly on the . with which leaders enter conversations and provide suggestions for self-reflection. A second focus is the realization that it is essential for good listening to do something with what has been heard after the conversations. This may seem trivial, but for many leaders, it is an important learning field.

How organizations can be designed to promote listening,look at the organization as a whole. How can a climate of listening be created? How can the working conditions of leaders be designed in such a way that good listening becomes possible in the first place? How can good listening be promoted through training? We will address these questions in this chapter.
