Determination of the Subcellular Distribution of Liposomes Using Confocal Microscopy,s technique suitable for such studies. In this chapter, we describe the application of confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM) to determine the subcellular distribution of fluorescently labeled mitochondriotropic liposomes.
