Emergency Decision Making Fuzzy-Expert Aided Disaster Management System, importance weights of criteria, the payoffs, and for ranking the various alternative emergency solutions. The efficacy of the proposed approach is illustrated with the Golestan flood disaster of 2019 and an airline emergency relief supplies delivery system is obtained as the optimum solution to the case examined.

Step Forward on How to Treat Linguistic Terms in Judgment in Failure Probability Estimation,ns and try to find out an appropriate alternative to treat expert judgment process in this domain. A simple application of the study in process-based industries is selected to illustrate critical concerns on using fuzzy set theory in expert judgment treatment as well as illustrating the efficacy of the proposed method.
