One thing that stood out was the link between these theories since each theory built on the achievements and corrected the lapses noticed in the previous theory.

Incorporating the Understanding and Leadership Mindset in Leadership Developmentl, and growth/external. A growth/external leadership mindset was identified as preferred to drive the effective leadership behaviours recommended for the next normal. Leadership mindsets are not hereditary but can be developed and nurtured using positive personal variables such as leaders’ values, assumptions of human nature, and others.
