Is Japan Really a Low-Crime Nation?ing cars would make our comparisons a little bit uncertain. Nevertheless, cars are physical and identifiable objects that are officially registered. Consequently, it should be fairly easy to determine the density of cars in those two countries, and we could properly talk about ‘facts’ in this connection.
