Time-Dependent Cold Load Pickup of TCLs and Its Application in Distribution System Load Restorationkes it difficult to predict fluctuating loads during DSR. Accordingly, a robust DSR based on the information gap decision theory (IGDT) is proposed to address this challenge by sufficiently considering the uncertainty of CLPU.
