Numerical Methods to Analyses of Queuing Systems with Instantaneous Feedback, Positive Server Setuposed. Arrival rate of calls from outside depends on server status which might be in two regimes: working regime and setup regime. Calls are impatient when server is in setup regime. Two approaches are developed to study the system: matrix-geometric method and space merging method. Results of numerical experiments are demonstrated.
