Introduction to In Vivo Cell Reprogramming Technology,ration and grafting efficiencies. Therefore, . reprogramming has emerged as a novel treatment technology. In the process of . reprogramming, cells switch to another cell type within the living organism. There are successful studies which make use of this technology and hence offer therapeutic options for various organs or tissues.

In Vivo Lineage Reprogramming of Fibroblasts to Cardiomyocytes for Heart Regeneration,iomyocytes raises hopes for potential usage in regenerative medicine and disease modeling. Here we reviewed latest advances in reprogramming fibroblasts to cardiomyocyte-like cells and summarized the challenges that must be overcome to move this filed closer for clinic applications.
