Conclusion of Simulation Analysis of Mutants,e protein. In addition mutations caused more rigidity in the structure since the RMSF values reduced in several regions in all the mutants. Introduction of Cellulase and Its Application,ained from fungi and bacteria. As rate of chemical reaction increases by rising the temperature, producing stable enzyme in higher temperature (thermostable enzyme) can increase the efficiency of the conversion.
