Interpretation and Discussion of Results,CRM is the integral handling of a corporation’s interaction with its clients. Transportation, correspondence, and yielding policies must be integrated in line with customer requirements. CRM includes both, a management and a technology component. The latter are CRM-systems, which can be utilized to encourage a CRM-approach.
