Cryoglobulins and Pyroglobulins,e Ig with the property of reversible cryoprecipitation is usually monoclonal. More frequently, two Ig’s combine by noncovalent bonds to form a mixed cryoglobulin, but when separated, neither is a cryoglobulin by itself.
