Migrant Entrepreneurs in Industry Cluster Formation and Innovation: The Case of Semarang, Central Jarises in most clusters are in survival level and informally organized. Our findings indicate the influence of individual migrant entrepreneurs and local government initiatives in shaping industry formation and dynamics.
