Leadership Review,ed within competency models and organizational mind-sets (Ciulla 2004; Eagly 2007). The changes in today’s organizations, fast-paced technology, globalization, and shifting demographics add to the fray. It is hard to believe the concept and clarification of “leadership” can both impact and determine careers. But it does.
