Quasi Neutrality and Charge Separation,A plasma is a mixture of positively and negatively charged particles, ions and electrons, in which the negatively charged electrons are almost completely neutralized by the positively charged ions. We call such a mixture quasi-neutral, i.e., almost neutral. What “almost” means in the present case will now be discussed.

Andreas Hülsingon of the Gene Ontology structure guided by mutual information. Our approach yields a global assessment of the clustering quality, and a higher level interpretation for the clusters, as it relates GO terms with specific clusters.
