Ring Based Routing Schemes for Load Distribution and Throughput Improvement in Multihop Cellular, Ad. We also present theoretical analysis for load distribution and hop count of various schemes. In our simulations using GloMoSim we obtained a better load distribution over the network and an increased throughput of up to 25% to 30% as compared to shortest path routing at the cost of 4% to 8% increase in average hop length.

The High Performance Microprocessor in the Year 2013: What Will It Look Like? What It Won’t Look Likse of SSMT, greater use of microcode, dedicated infrequently used functional units, and most importantly, a stronger coupling with the compiler and algorithm technologies. If time permits, I will discuss some things I do not think we will see on the chip, like qbits and machines that think.
