Case management responses, of service providers? Perhaps it is the relationship between the individual client and the service as a whole? Probably case management is a combination of relationships witnessed through modes of care and of coordination. Or is it?

Supportive relationships,n does not completely protect them from the ever-changing circumstances around them.The sudden encroachment of change can greatly unsettle an otherwise stable degree of mental functioning, causing a possibly ‘chronic’ but settled mental state to suddenly become a serious cause for concern.

User empowering relationships,iews on service provision heard, let alone accepted and acted upon. Arguably, the 1980s focus on consumerism and market forces offered an unexpected external political impetus, which has reinforced the importance of the service users’ views.
