A Mean-Field Analysis for the Two-Tiered Healthcare Network Through Nonlinear Markov Processes,care network, where the mean-field theory is developed by two key techniques: A time-inhomogeneous queue and a nonlinear Markov process. Ambulance Location Problem with Stochastic Call Arrivals Under Nearest Available Dispatching Policynd in the literature, we take a stochastic programming approach to incorporate temporal variations in call arrivals. The advantage of our algorithm is demonstrated by comparing performances of our algorithm with other location models.
