Microgothic: Microbial Aesthetics of Haunted Nature,rk Twain’s novel fragment . (1905), and Anna Dumitriu’s artistic-theoretical reflection . (2012). The analysis of these works of microgothic art and literature shows that they often push epistemic and aesthetic borderlines to the extreme highlighting that the microbial world still appears to be (of) a specific haunted nature.
