Robert P. Benedict,Nicola A. Carluccis 1790–1939 is presented. The official balance of payments begins in 1919. All earlier tables are generated either by private authors or within the federal government on an ad hoc basis. For the 1790–1918 period, the currently standard table—in .—was completed in 1960. That table is replete with deficiencies, to be corrected.

Generalized Solution for Constant-Density Flow with Losses,r the sake of completeness, and to allow comparisons between compressible and constant-density solutions, and because of the symmetry of the solutions, we present in this chapter a brief review of a generalized solution for this type of flow.
