Der Praktiker kann darin interessante Entscheidungen, der akademische Lehrer Anregungen für Vorlesungen, Übungen und Prüfungen, und der Student die prüfungsrelevanten Theorien, aber auch Beispiele finden, um sie zu verstehen. Auch die Strafrechtswissenschaft kann lebensnah sein.
