The aim of this chapter is to illustrate and complement the work of the previous chapters and it gives us an opportunity to put into practice some of the principles discussed.

Sociogenesis Reexamined: An Introductionof them may be described as intuitive, others come from long experience and practice, and some could be described as just plain common sense. In this chapter, we draw attention to some of the skills which are most commonly involved in modelling and which can be developed by practising with examples such as those presented here.
