https://doi.org/10.1007/978-3-322-84602-0 the possible rules for such dissolution are not quite clear. Assuming some rule, one need to optimize partners’ strategies. The efficiency and fairness of such arrangement need then to be investigated. The methods of dissolution that we discuss extend the buy-sell procedure of two partners.
