In our experiment, the grid resource consists of an SGI Onyx 3900 supercomputer, four SGI Octane workstations, four Intel P4-2.0GHz PCs and four Intel P4-1.8GHz PCs.

Physical Exam of the Cranial Nervesneighbour strategy is the best among the proposed strategies. Furthermore, the proposed algorithm with best neighbour strategy is better than the traditional round robin algorithm in term of processing delay, and the proposed algorithm needs very limited system information and is robust.
