The photometry of its individual images and redshift measurement of the lensing galaxy should turn out to be useful towards a reliable estimate of the Hubble Constant.

It is suggested that the increase with frequency of the NE/SW flux ratio in the compact components can be accounted for chiefly by the core-knot structure of the source. Simulations of the ring structure at 1.69 GHz and the map at 15 GHz are presented. Speculations about the nature of the source are presented.

https://doi.org/10.1007/978-0-387-09783-1We present CCD photometry of four gravitational lenses. One of these, Q2237+0305, has for the past year shown a substantial and continuing decrease in the flux of the A-image. We attribute this to microlensing of the A-image. For Q0957+561 we maintain an earlier determination of the time difference of about 1.5 years.
