Comparison of Procedures for Optimum Extraction. Purification and Analysis of Desulfo Indolyl Glucot the use of an acetate buffer pH 4.0 at 39°C is recommended for the desulfation step. A number of ion exchange materials were tested for their suitability for purification of glucosinolates. Some observations of behaviour of glucosinolates during extraction, storage and HPLC analysis are reported.

Optimization of Glucosinolate Desulphation Before HPL-Chromatography,e possibility to determine all the 4-OH-glucobrassicine and to define the optimal conditions of desulphation on ion exchangers..Added to the results obtained elsewhere for the different analytical stages, these results should allow us to work out a reliable and reproducible method.
