The Research on the Dual-Channel Supply Chain Coordination with Compensation Strategy When the Costsion and decentralized decision making. We also design a compensation strategy which considering changes in the costs of production in order to both manufacturer and retailer are in win-win situation. Finally, this paper use the example demonstrated the effectiveness of the compensation strategy for the dual-channel supply chain coordination.
