Modification of Leucine tRNA of , After Bacteriophage T4 Infection,altered following T-even bacteriophage infection. Waters and Novelli (3) confirmed this observation using reversed-phase column chromatography and also demonstrated the appearance of two new peaks late after infection. These tRNA species are not detectable in normal cells.
