The Reservist Perspective: Service Before and During “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell”The Army Reserve has undergone many changes from the early 1980s to now. With unit mobilization now more common along with an evolution in thought on LGBT service, the reserve units of today have a different culture. That evolution and its implications on serve members are discussed.
