Lösungsmethoden zur Analyse von Netzwerkenl until they form two ventral-lateral clumps connected by a ring of cells. The formation of the archenteron involves the infolding of cells at the vegetal plate followed by cellular rearrangements as the archenteron elongates (see chapter by McClay).

Dynamical Models for Cell Rearrangement During Morphogenesis,ue morphogenesis by cell rearrangement and cell shape change. Our model describes these processes by accounting for the balance of forces between neighboring cells that are junctionally coupled within a tissue. The model is applied to two embryological settings: epiboly in the teleost fish ., and notochord extension in ..

Cell Movements in the Epiblast During Gastrulation and Neurulation in Avian Embryos, changes, cell division, and cell rearrangements. Since we have made considerable progress in understanding how these cell behaviors function in avian neurulation, perhaps more so than in gastrulation, I will draw heavily on this material.
