Severe Eye Malformations,Various types of severe eye malformations existed in 439 children, 198 of them had a congenital cataract. Infants of women born outside Sweden had an increased risk; except for this no maternal risk factor including drug use could be identified.

Malrotation of the Gut,Infants with a malrotation (n= 206) were more often than expected born of non-cohabiting women. No other maternal characteristic affected the risk in a significant way. There was no association found with maternal drug use.

Epispadias, Cloacal and Bladder Exstrophy,Epispadias, cloacal and bladder exstrophy are related but rare malformations (n=99). Little effect of maternal characteristics was seen but overweight or obesity were associated with exstrophy but not with epispadias. Only few drug exposures were identified, none showed a significant risk increase.
