Protein Purification by Immunoadsorptiony does not see them; or finally, if the proteins were produced before and reappeared, the immunological apparatus of the host may have been functioning poorly at the time or may have forgotten that it once saw them. In any case the proteins are antigenic to a proper challenge in an experimental animal.
