Static Magnetic Field,tric field and electric flux density is . = Ɛ. where Ɛ is the permittivity. A magnetic field exists due to a charge moving at a constant velocity. For new installations of transmission lines, electric and magnetic fields need to be measured by the relevant equipment and the latest commercial software.
