Orbital Trauma, The interorbital space is the area between the orbits and beneath the floor of the anterior cranial fossa. This space contains the right and left ethmoid sinuses. The floor of the anterior cranial fossa is composed of the cribriform plate medially and the roof of each ethmoid sinus laterally.
