Synergism in the Photostabilization of Polymers,e effectiveness of these mechanisms in photodegradation are analyzed. The contributions of the composition and properties of the stabilizer, the test conditions and polymer matrix properties to the light protective effectiveness of stabilizer mixtures are estimated.

Mechanisms of the Antioxidant Action of Nitroxyl Radicals, radicals are also presented. The possibility of nitroxyls taking part in chain initiation reactions is considered and criteria for using nitroxyl radicals to control the selectivity of oxidation processes are described.
