Developmental Considerations of Eukaryotic DNA Replication and Replicon Sizerease in replicon size. I wish to interject a cautionary note with respect to the second part of the argument by demonstrating that replicons as small as any seen in embryonic cells can be detected in cultured mammalian cells.
