Tests in Parametric and Nonparametric Modelsiately start to talk about ‘efficiency’, I mean are we talking about the same thing? Sure as a service paradigm ‘efficiency’ (by dictionary definition: the least waste of time and effort) is fundamental but ‘the experience the customer has’ is a cognitive assessment that must mean more than service otherwise why use the term!
