The Complexity of Inter-organizational Relationships: Cross-unit Analysis, Discussion, and Implicat branding, operational culture, or DNA citizenship ethos. Implications for practice for both higher education and corporations are summarized and related to the potential lessons learned. Future research ideas are shared to promote additional exploration.
