This Chapter presents novel contributions to modelling, control, and supervision of high-rise buildings. Control design is based on passivity, see Chapter 3. Design and testing are also discussed.

Although the learning capabilities of technical systems are still much inferior to human learning some advances have been made. This chapter surveys some techniques that have been used to provide technical systems with learning.
