International Conferences on Dependability and Complex Systems. These Conferences were held at Brunowe Palace in 2014–2017.

High-Speed Finite State Machine Design by State Splitting,cluded in designing the flow of digital systems in FPGA. The experimental results showed a high efficiency of the offered method. FSM performance increased by 1.73 times. In conclusion, the experimental results were considered, and prospective directions for designing high-speed FSMs are specified.

Short-Term and Long-Term Memory in Tabu Search Algorithm for CAD of Complex Systems with Higher Degrch method. It may have a practical application in developing tools for rapid prototyping of such systems. The Tabu Search method uses memory structures. This structures describe the found solutions or provide sets of rules for consideration only new solutions.
