Mainstream Israeli Teenagers Conceptions of Ultra-Orthodox Jews: Humanism, Criticism and Resentfulneand the media at large. The findings show that the non-religious mainstream pupils displayed various attitudes toward the other, ranging from a disapproval mode, via a reservation mode to a tolerance mode. The chapter ends in conclusions concerning the necessity of education for religious pluralism and tolerance in order to make dialogue possible.
