A Robust Least Squares Solution to the Calibrated Two-View Geometry with Two Known Orientation Angleto 1.5. angle noise, which is approximately three times that of a conventional solution. Moreover, 60 point correspondences, fewer than half those in conventional solutions, are sufficient to reach the performance boundary.

Rosalia Gallotti,Margherita Mussi conjunction with manually labeled landmarks. Additionally, we introduce a combined method for automatic landmark localization and compare the results to landmark positions obtained from Active Appearance Model fitting as well as manual labeling. The combined localization method exhibits increased robustness in comparison to AAMs.
