Employee Behaviors Simulating Based on Stochastic Cellular Automatato describe in mathematic quantum method. This article models employee behaviors based on stochastic cellular automata. Moving rules and transfer algorithm of cells are also proposed. And emulation result is conformed by real employee behaviors.
