Taschenbuch der Mathematik und PhysikGlucose biosensors were developed to monitor glucose levels during fed-batch bakers compressed yeast propagation based on covalent immobilisation of quinoprotein glucose dehydrogenase (GDH) and immobilisation of periodate-modified glucose oxidase (GOD) and compared under typical propagation conditions of 0–0.02% glucose, pH 4–6 and 30–33° C.
